Education Policy

I.P.S provides very congenial environment for an academic, religious and social education. The main objective of Iqra Public School is to groom suitably young generation of Millat-e-Isamia with all facts of the modern knowledge in the framework of educational discipline as mentioned in the Holy Quran and Sunnah (S.A.W).

Admission Policy:

1. Admission is purely made on merit.

2. Diagnostic test is mandatory to assess the suitability of candidates for Various classes. All the students seeking admission are supposed to clear entry test.

3. Children of 3-4 years are granted admission in Pre-Nursery class. In Pre-Nursery interview is sufficient for admission.

4. The students seeking admission in primary and High school have to produce Nadra Birth certificate and previous school leaving certificate.

5. Admission can be applied on the prescribed admission form attached at the end of prospectus.

6. Kinship concession is only for real brother and sister.

7. Fifty% concession for orphan students.

8. 30% concession for Iqra school employees.

9. 20% concession for submission of two semesters fee.

10. 10% concession for submission of one semester fee.

11. Annual dues are deposited with the fee of April each year.

12. The school dues will be increased 10% annually.

Fee Policy

Iqra Public School is a self financing institution. Funds are generated through admission fee, tuition fee and students’ security. Full fees are charged for the month in which a student is admitted. The school fees are payable in advance. The dues must be cleared by the 10th of each month. Late depositors are charged extra fee. If dues are not cleared within two months, the student’s name is struck off the school after 10th of 2nd month and he/she can be re-admitted only on payment of arrears and admission fee with the permission of managing director. Before living the school, the student will have to clear all the remaining dues.

Discipline

Every student is expected to help maintain general cleanliness, good manners, beauty of the school premises and a congenial atmosphere. Instructions out-lined below are the guide lines for the students.

1. Students should be neatly dressed in the prescribed school uniform. Without uniform students are not allowed to attend the classes.

2. Late-comers will not be allowed to enter the school.

3. The absentees without an application countersigned by their parents is not allowed. Absentees would be struck off from the school roll after being absent without intimacy for 5 consecutive days and 7 in consecutive days. School management has reserved all rights to accept or reject the request for the re-admission.

4. The student must leave their bicycles securely locked in the stands allocated to them.

5. Boys should have proper haircut.

6. Girls are not allowed to put on jewellery / ornaments, have nail polished

7. Students are expected to be respectful, obedient and courteous towards the staff members, fellow students and visitors.

8. Students must avoid scribbling on chairs, tables and walls.

9. Cheating, stealing or telling lies will be viewed as serious breach of good conduct and behavior.

10. Students are not allowed to bring any valuable item, i.e. Large large amount of money, camera, radio, mobile phone, weapons or knife toys etc. to school.

11. Collection of funds from fellow students for arranging parties etc is not allowed.

In case of consistent poor performance, the student will be expelled from

the School.

13. The students are advised to seek ways of better understanding through poise, self-discipline and sense of responsibility.
